It’s hard to believe that Thanksgiving is a month away with Christmas on its heels.
This is the busiest time of year for Hope-Net and Sequels for that matter. We have our first
women’s conference slated for the end of the month. In years past, we have held a fundraising
banquet but this time we felt like the Lord would have us sponsor this conference.
Our keynote speaker, Paula Abbott, was in town last year and had a powerful message for
our FAR women. We felt like she needed to return and share more of her story und pathway to healing for all women in CB. Then in November we’ll host our next Worship CB event with a focus on prayer and ministry for our homeless population here in Council Bluffs.
The evening will include several worship teams leading and information and prayer on how to
be a blessing to those who are homeless or near homeless.
We’ll also be hosting our annual Christmas Circles of Support
Dinner on December 16th.
The night includes dinner, music, testimonies and a
visit from you know who.
We’ll distribute Christmas Bags of Love to our families and kiddos.
It is always great fun!
