Winners Circle is designed to address the special needs of women who have the desire to live a sober, healthy, crime-free lifestyle. The weekly meetings provide opportunities for individuals to share concerns, offer support, and to help each other develop plans for succeeding in life by enabling participants to engage in a safe, positive, social setting.
