Sue Jugman directs the Pathways program at Hope-Net. This program includes job application training to women who desire to find employment, as well as connecting and networking with local businesses that are willing to offer interviews with women who show the willingness to work and a positive attitude.
It is certainly a risk for a business to hire a women who has been incarcerated for any length of time. Sue Jugman has had great results so far finding the right women for the right employers.
