GABBY DOWDY

Gabby Dowdy is newly on staff with Hope-Net Ministries serving with the Hope After-Care Women’s Program. She brings a heart for service and wealth of experience in recovery services, mentoring, and life-skills training. 

She previously worked at a Women’s care agency in Colorado. And in 2024, that agency expanded into Council Bluffs with the addition of The Upper Room – Women’s House at Crossroads Church here in Council Bluffs. Gabby is Housing Director with them – serving women in crisis.
