Ultimate Journey is for those who are looking for a deeper kind of healing – particularly those struggling with painful memories; and help them understand the patterns in their lives and why they do the things they do.
Each class meets for 13 weeks
Participants write letters to their former selves – then at selected ages during their childhood. And then reply to it.
